How to fix the slats

Position the motorcycle as it will stand during transport.
Place the template under the motorcycle with the footrests centered on the rail.

Center the template so that the slats on the template are symmetrical to the motorcycle.

Place the strips in the designated areas, check again that they are correctly aligned with the motorcycle, and remove the motorcycle.

Take the rail fasteners. For each hole there is a bolt, washer, nut.
Important: if the operation of the mounts is planned often and for a long time on heavily bumpy roads, in the mountains, on rough terrain, then we recommend installing mortgages to the trailer frame under the rails. Otherwise, the canvas to which the rails are attached may deform from the load.

Drill the center hole first along with the template.

Secure the rail with a bolt and check if it has moved relative to the template.

Hold the rail and drill a second hole.

And then the third.

Insert all bolts, check that the rail matches the template and install the second rail in the same way. Remove the template.

Tighten the nut and washer from below. Ask someone for help and fix the bolts on the rails so that they do not twist.

The slats are installed and ready to use.
How to mount quick release

Take the quick release in your hand, as shown in the photo - with your thumb, forefinger and middle fingers and squeeze the spring until it stops.

Bring the quick release heel to any round hole. Make sure that the mount is correctly rotated - the front part with the logo is facing away from the motorcycle.

Sink the quick release to the base without loosening the spring.

Without loosening the spring, carry out the quick release to the desired place on the rail and fix it between the two round holes. The farther from the center the quick release is, the more the motorcycle will press down.

Having determined the desired position, loosen the spring and check if the quick release is fixed well. Ready!
How to adjust the chain

Determine which side (top or bottom) you will adjust the chain and fix the carabiner in your hands
With force, begin to unscrew the nut on the carabiner
The nut must be completely unscrewed so that the carabiner can be removed through the gap formed.
Remove the carabiner from the mount
Remove the carabiner from the chain in the same way.

Determine how much you need to adjust the chain and thread the carabiner through the desired link

Without removing from the chain, pass the carabiner through the hole in the mount

Tighten the nut as far as it will go

Be sure to tighten the nut with a wrench to prevent it from loosening during transport.
How to mount a motorcycle

Position the motorcycle between the rails so that the footrests are above the center of the rails.
While supporting the mount, tilt the motorcycle slightly. The mount should be just below the footpeg of an upright motorcycle so that the bike is pressed more against the base when it is secured.
Slide the mount onto the footrest until it stops
While holding the fasteners, push the stopper down until it goes down
The stopper should go through the hole at the bottom. The footrest is fixed. Similarly, you need to fix the footrest on the other side.

After both footpegs are secured, wrap your hand around the lever handle and start lifting up. The motorcycle starts to cuddle

Place the arm in an upright position and check if the motorcycle is well secured.

Take a stopper and install in the hole of the lever

Check that the lever engages and that the stopper does not protrude freely from the hole.

The motorcycle is ready for transport!
